If I cancel my account, will Study.com give me a Refunds?
I signed up for a trial.I was expecting to be able to view the content for the rest of the week since I paid up front.This isn't the case.This is, in fact, explained in the FAQ, but it's rather obfuscated in a way that you can easily overlook and which seems deliberate on their part.The content seemed fine but it wasn't what I was looking for. After contacting customer service, I received prompt replies and they refunds the charge for the week.
I signed up for a one week trial to try it out.They charged me for a full month.Do not give them your payment information.
The study helped me finish my degree.Several friends have been told about Study.I was able to do it on my phone and schedule.It was nice to not have to worry about my community college and university classes.I would have liked to have found it sooner.
Study.com is great for dual credit.My daughter and I will finish high school using it.They get a lot of bad reviews because people can't read.There is a risk-free trial on the website.I had no problems reading it.I'm happy I found it.

College credit-eligible online courses can be found at Study.com.I took two courses after purchasing the college accelerator package.It was rejected because it didn't say anything about whether I passed the exam or not, or how many credits the course is recommended for.I wrote to the Study.com support team, but they didn't reply in a week.I found it difficult to finish my exams even though I fulfilled all the requirements.The support team didn't reply when I tried to reach them.When I got question number 35 out of a possible 100, my last exam was over.I was asked to take the exam again for a problem that wasn't mine.I recommend Sophia Learning for college credit courses even though they don't offer as many courses as Study.com does.
The company is trying to get free publicity.I received an email asking me to promote their guide to volunteering in college, but my website is only for practicing lawyers.I deleted the first email because it seemed like a scam, and received a follow up asking if I'd received the email.I told the individual who appears to be an "ambassador" who gets paid for promotion that they were targeting the wrong audience and that I should let them know if anything changes in the future.I encourage them to target their email campaigns more effectively and have better responses to emails, as my "position" is that they're spamming people with multiple emails that are not at all relevant to them.The constant grab for free advertising on their website is off-putting.
I am just over the fact that companies are taking with recruitment and that they are too busy to give you a decent response.It isn't good enough.People spend a lot of time interacting with companies.

I had a free trial.I would be charged after the trial had ended if I didn't cancel it.Similar to Amazon and other enterprises, this pattern is where the customers experience is inconsistent.I end up being the one customer who gets offered what I paid for, with no scam or injured delivery of a product, the same applies to Study.com.Either you are the lucky customer who is offered what they paid for or the unlucky one who was ignored.Customer service might be inconsistent.I got what I was offered.It's simple to navigate, flexible plans that meet your needs and can track your custom goals, learning is simplified with illustrated videos, and practice tests.Sure, what they teach you isn't for advanced students, but for those that are beginners to much of the subjects, their courses, especially the hard scientific ones, have a clear and effective structure to them and you get informed on the essentials, thus serving as a decent introductory to mostIf you're an advanced learner, you can take more advanced courses at EdX or Coursera.The price is cheap because it is correlated to other courses.I agree with the argument that you can find this concept elsewhere for free.It might not be presented in a way that will help you learn effectively.I can already say that Study.Com's Biology introductory course is presented more explicitly, by illustrations and intuitive examples, than simply a chalk board which was preferred in Khan, but actually sets up custom goals which helps organizing the process.It made me want to research more about certain subjects later in depth, either by books or more advanced courses online.Customer service is inconsistent, but the information is presented neatly and efficiently, with at least some illustrations.The amount of lessons for an introductory course is far more than the amount you would get in an introduction book.I can't complain about the amount of lessons.This is a great place to start.For advanced learners, this still serves as a solid refreshing of concepts, if you need that for the essentials, I would give it a 5 star if any of these were fulfilled- updating videos to present year- perhaps some 3D animation- links to advanced resources- courses.If customer service is problematic, at least save up some money before applying for a membership, in case something goes wrong.I recommend it to all, even novices, because there's nothing more to worry about.
The PFS exam prep course helped me in my preparation.I passed the PFS exam on the first attempt thanks to Study.com.
I loved it.I learned a lot from my study.com classes.I will likely enroll again to prepare for the exam.
