If my customer cancels the delivery, can I still get charged?
Postmates is a food ordering app.You find what you want to order, place the order through the app, pay service and delivery fees, and it will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Sometimes you may need to cancel your order.Maybe you forgot to order the fries you wanted after you made the order.
The results can be very different if you need to cancel your Postmates order.
You don't have to worry about canceling an order that was scheduled for later.You can go on with your life after you get the full amount back.
If Postmates hasn't processed the order yet, you can cancel with no consequences.
If you cancel after the restaurant has begun preparing your order, you'll need to pay for the food and a cancellation fee, since Postmates will still be responsible for their troubles.
If you cancel when the food is already on its way to your door, you will have to pay the delivery fee as well, so it's likely better to just accept the items you're paying for.

1.From the app's home screen, tap your profile icon in the top- left corner to open the Postmates app.
