If you wear a medium shirt, what size NFL jersey would you buy?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so I apologize in advance if it's not.I'm in the market for a new football jersey and I want to know how they fit.I think they fit larger than normal shirts.I wear a large t shirt.I have an older (Reebok) jersey that is large but baggy and would probably be a XXL if it were a normal shirt. What size would be best for me?Thanks!

Nike jerseys are not small compared to Reebok.I can't believe people are telling you to get L.

How do the sleeves fit on your arms?I like shirts' sleeves to be about 1/3 of the way down to my elbow with a little room between my arm and the sleeve.

If you want to wear it over a hoodie at a game, I would just get a large.I have three larges, one extra large and one large for nice weather.

I would like to ask this in this thread.I weigh about 140 pounds. What size should I get?Is it small or medium?

Unless you want to wear something more substantial than a t-shirt under it, I would suggest small.I'm 160 lbs and wear either a small or medium t-shirt, and the small sized Nike game/limited jerseys fit me well.Baggier than a normal shirt, but not as large as the smallest elite jersey which covers my elbow and butt.

Nike is still large.I bought a medium but wish I had the small. The arms are long.

What size did you go with?I'm the same height and weight and am trying to decide between a L and M.
