How do you make yourself happy with what you have?

- Take 10 deep breaths. This might sound trivial at first. - Smile. It's a cliché for a reason. - Appreciate yourself. The one piece of advice we all can take is to appreciate ourselves more. - Meditate. - Spend time with your loved ones. - Go Outside. - Put down your phone. - Exercise.

What causes unhappiness?

But perhaps more interesting is what's scientifically proven to make us unhappy. It wouldn't take a genius to work out that tiredness, stress and loneliness are lead causes. But more surprising candidates include living at altitude and poor sibling relationships.May 5, 2014

When you're feeling down, just remember there's a lot of people who have it much worse than you do. Really, you've got nothing to feel bad about.
