If you're having trouble registering, it could be one of the following issues: The Company ID, last name, Social Security Number, and/or ZIP code you entered do not match what is in the system. The company administrator (even if you're not employed there anymore) needs to enable access for you.
How do I log into Paylocity for the first time?
- Enter the Paylocity assigned Company ID.
- Enter the Last Name.
- Enter the nine digit Social Security number in the SSN field.
- Enter the SSN a second time in the Confirm SSN field.
- Enter the Home Zip Code.
- Click the Continue button.
- On the next step, enter the Username.
- Enter the Password.
