Definitely a computer. Roblox is not graphically demanding at all. Most modern laptops should run Roblox perfectly, but some older systems might struggle. A normal-ish laptop with, let's say a 5th Gen Core i3, Intel HD graphics, 4 GB's of RAM, and Windows 10 should run Roblox well.
