They stated their performance (accuracy and speed) was nearly the same. So for a nearly 10 to 1 price difference, I went with the ThermoPro. I was not disappointed. It works great from reading meat temperatures to reading hot oil temps the thermometer works great.

Where Are We? ThermoWorks is located just south of Salt Lake City, Utah. The workforce here is highly educated and there are several thermal instrument and data logging companies in the state.
