In 2009.In 2012 the bed began to leak.It was a great mattress for a while, but then started to leak.After contacting customer service twice, they agreed to send out a replacement air compartment at no cost to me, even though it was a little outside of the 2-year, pro-rated warranty.This is the way to go if you like the support and consistency of an air mattress.The air bed company is more economical.

In 2012 I bought a bed.The air pump was replaced without charge after it started leaking.A few months after the warranty period, the bed leaked again.I was told that I would have to buy a new pump.I asked if I could get new air chambers.I was charged for two new chambers.The bed still leaks despite the new chambers being used.I am not happy.I don't think it's worth the money to get a bed that lasts two years.

As long as it works, this is a good bed.The pump will fail.They used to have a five year warranty on the pump, but they reduced it to two years.It has a blower fan type air motor and electrical valves that draw electricity constantly.Ours worked well for three years, but has been a pain ever since.They replaced the motor unit with a refurbished one.The air still leaks out despite adding manual valves.I wish I could just keep the air in the bladders because after eight years they still look good.I'm still trying to get my money's worth.

Don't buy from them.Every night for the past 3 years, we have to fill out the mattress because they refused to send us a replacement after my mattresses started leaking.What a nightmare.We just threw them away.

The Comfortaire Sona 460S was bought in 2009.I had lower back problems and found the bed comfortable.The air pump went bad and they replaced it for free.The bed went soft overnight.My '20 Year' warranty is only a 2 year replacement warranty, after which a 3rd replacement pump costs another 250.00, although I found a compatible pump on Amazon for 199.00.I am trying to figure out if the air bladder will hold air on its own without having to top it off every night.The air bladder may also be going bad if it still gets soft.When new warranty coverage is very misleading, it's not inexpensive.Air pumps don't last, but they are a comfortable bed.

I want a pro rated claim for the leaking air chamber because I'm not sure if the warranty is good or not.Unlike some people who have issues with their air pump, my pump works just fine.

My wife and I like to sleep in different types of beds.Since purchasing the Comfortaire N15, we have had to deal with a 'dip' or 'ditch' in the center of the mattress where my softer firmness setting meets the firm setting that my wife prefers.There was a problem with a dip in the mattress.We are free to lay down in the middle of the mattress, or retreat to each end without having to worry about colliding with each other.Very large.We are two people who enjoy a good night's rest.We love our car!

We bought a mattress in Tennessee.It was almost twenty years ago.It lived in three motor homes.We didn't give up when we got a new coach.We lived in the motor home for five years.We go to monthly rallies for a few days and travel to see our kids once a year now that we are retired.We live in Florida and they are in Texas and Wisconsin.After the warranty expired, Comfortaire replaced the air pump.There were no other problems.Hopefully it will last us.We love our bed.Our pillow top mattress is 14 years old and we are thinking about buying a Comfortaire for the bedroom in the house.Thank you for the years of sleep and comfort.

I bought a bed.The air leak started last year.By the time I got the right people to talk to, they were not supporting anyone who had the Comfortaire bed.It seems that Covid19 made it impossible for Comfortaire to support people who have one of their beds.I wouldn't recommend this company.There is no easy way to get help for a bed.Sleep Number beds have customer support even though Comfortaire is down.
