There is no reason that a chicken coating can't be free of wheat.There are a lot of options.I don't like the taste of the fried chicken that I crave so I can easily make it at home.The two go hand in hand so it should be dairy-free.
I think it's ridiculous that they don't offer chicken that is free of wheat.It is easy to make so I am not sure why they can't make a batter that is free of wheat.I would drop by in a second if they could do this.
