Step 10: You can register for MagicJack Plus on any computer or mobile device, at www.magicjack.com/register.html.
The MagicJack Plus must be connected to the same network.
Step 11: Register your MagicJack Plus by following the on-screen instructions.
You can be asked to provide personal information such as your name, address, and contact information.
Step 12: Wait for MagicJack Plus to email you an activation code after you register.
You have to use your phone to enter the code for MagicJack Plus.
Step 13: Follow the instructions in the email to use the service.
MagicJack Plus can be used to make telephone calls.
Step 14: If you get error 3002 when trying to use MagicJack Plus, you should contact your Internet service provider to verify that your modem allows more than one device to access the internet.
If multiple devices are connected to your network, some modems and modem/routers-in-one may not be compatible with MagicJack Plus.
Step 15: If your computer fails to detect and recognize the MagicJack Plus device, try a new cable, a different port, or computer.
Problems with installation can be caused by faulty hardware.
