Meditate in yoga.

"Spontaneous union with one's self" is the name of the yoga that was created in 1970.This method transforms human awareness through techniques that promote a more moral, united, integrated, and balanced self.Hundreds of thousands of people in over ninety countries have experienced the transformation of becoming more peaceful and joyful in life through yoga. Step 1: Understand yourself through self-realization. The foundation of yoga is self-realization.It is based on an experience called the "Kundalini awakening."You should experience a transformation after you go through the various steps. If you successfully accomplish self-realization, you should be able to feel the divine power sweep over your body in the form of a breeze. The experience has been witnessed by hundreds of thousands of people around the world. Step 2: Understand the subtle system. The subtle system is made up of nadis. The channels and the centers of energy in the body are referred to as the chakras. There are three primary channels of energy. The system can only be activated by a Kundalini awakening. The system is cleansed and balanced by the Kundalini awakening. Each part of the body has spiritual abilities. The full qualities of the body are not manifest until the Kundalini is awakened. Our bodies become dynamic, creative, confident, and very humble when the Kundalini rises. Step 3: Know the spiritual abilities of the body. Similar to a group of planets spinning on their axis, the energy in the kahs is called wheels. The perfect operation of the bodily system is maintained by the kahs, which are located along the spine.Sensitivity and performance are influenced by what attracts and disturbs the chakras.Self-realization will allow you to feel all seven of the central nervous system. You can rediscover your innocence with the help of the mooladhara.Your creative instincts will be stimulated by the second swadisthana. The realization of your accomplishments will be satisfied and you will have peace within.During anahat, your heart will be opened along with compassion for family and friends.During vishuddhi, good communication, a sense of perspective, and a balanced approach to stress will be needed.Forgiveness will allow you to move forward with your life without being angry or bitter. You will be able to identify with your inner self. The sahasrara will allow you to understand a deeper and truer meaning in your life. Step 4: Do you know the channels? The left channel is located along the left side of the body and is the conduit for the energy of our desire. The sun channel runs along the right side of the body and is responsible for active energy, as well as our mental and physical activities. The central channel is located along the spine. The nervous system activities are coordinated by the central channel. It is not until the Kundalini awakens and travels through the central channel and into the top of the head that the system is recognized. The left channel has different qualities such as the expression of our desires and the past.It is possible to collect all one's habits and conditionings here. You might feel depressed, sad or lazy if this channel is out of balance. You can be free from the past if you practice Sahaja Yoga and remove all the obstacles on this channel. The power of action and the future are related to the right channel. If this channel is not in balance, we can change our behavior to be more aggressive and domineering. The Sahaja Yoga meditation can help restore balance between the channels. To get self-realization, ask the energy to rise through your central channel. Step 5: Prepare for self-realization. Through true meditation, sahaja yoga provides the conscious awareness of subtle energy found in the body.It is a natural awakening that has measurable beneficial effects on the body without side effects.Regardless of age, occupation, race, color, or creed, Sahaja yoga has proven to be effective in people's lives everywhere as it has become more popular around the world. It's a good idea to find a comfortable place to sit.Your left hand will stay on your left lap with your palm facing up during the experience. If you want to have better contact with the earth element, you can remove your shoes and sit on a chair or floor in a comfortable position. On the left side of your body, your right palm will be used to touch it.It is recommended that you take your shoes off since Mother Earth has negative energy through the feet. Step 6: Do self-realization meditation. During the performing of Sahaja yoga, the divine power is easy to awaken. The divine vibration can be felt in one's hands during the experience. You will be able to feel a breeze on top of your head. These are believed to be divine energy that can be captured on film. The sacrum bone is believed to hold an inner energy. This energy is like a Mother waiting for an authorized guru to awaken her so she can achieve self-realization and become her own master.Place your right hand under the ribs on the left side of your body and ask the Kundalini three times: "Mother, am I my own master?"Put your right hand on the back of your head and repeat, "Mother, I am not guilty at all."Move it clockwise seven times with your hand.Mother, please give me my self- realization. Step 7: Take the self-realization meditation. Take a moment to experience your environment and feelings after you've finished meditating.By the time you finish, your thoughts should have stopped. When you are completely conscious without thought, in a pure state of peaceful consciousness, this is considered the first step of meditation. The cool breeze on the top of your hands and head is what you should feel now that you have reached this stage. The Kundalini energy is good for your body. The most likely cause is that you did not forgive everyone.Check for the cool breeze once again if you say "Mother, I forgive everyone" a few times. Step 8: It is possible to discover the inner subtle self. It is possible to improve your own personal qualities. It is possible to concentrate on which specific chakras need attention and how to develop the specific qualitative aspects associated with each.Over time, you will become a more subtle person with a heightened awareness of the important virtues of life.Your relationships, creativity, focus, productivity and decision-making ability will all improve if you strengthen the state and condition of your channels.Taking control of your energy sources and the pathways they travel through in your body will allow you to manage ill thoughts and feelings. You will be able to solve the problem. Step 9: It is possible to experience emotional well-being and self-improvement. Your emotional resilience is boosted by the inner calm that is part of the yoga experience. This helps you deal with stress now and in the future.Balance can be restored in your life through yoga.It helps build self-esteem in relationships and accomplishments, repairs any negative feelings, and brings peace and contentment.Beyond the meditation period and into your daily life is the Kundalini energy. You can benefit from meditation, yoga, and self-realization.It is possible to self-regulate your attention and concentration through yoga.It makes you more open and curious.By analyzing your thoughts, feelings, and sensations, you will be able to see how you take time to make good decisions.Your levels of compassion and empathy will increase as you communicate with others. You become aware of the flow of energy in the environment through the eyes of others. Step 10: Enjoy the mental health benefits of yoga. Evidence shows that meditation can influence brain chemical activities that regulate attention, mood, and emotions in positive ways.Studies show that yoga increases positive emotions, reduces negative emotions and improves emotional flexibility.Self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-realization were found to have cognitive improvements.Improves blood pressure, may help manage asthma, and may relieve depression. Some clinical results have confirmed the belief that stress relief is the base-level benefit for Sahaja yoga practitioners.Thoughtless awareness improves the ability to cope with difficult events by reducing stress and boosting positive emotions. The brain has learned pleasure-reward-motivation patterns over the course of a lifetime. This can help eradicate bad habits.
