All prescriptions will be mailed to you at the VA Outpatient Clinic.There are three different ways to refill a prescription.

1.Go to www.myhealth.va.gov.You can call the automated telephone refill line or the Toll Free number.Mail in the refill form with your medication.

The VA won't fill or rewrite your prescriptions.VA providers will prescribe the medications that the VA will provide.

Life-threatening emergencies can't be handled by the VA Outpatient Clinic.If you have a life-threatening emergency, call the emergency number.The VA Suicide Prevention Hotline is open seven days a week.If you have a medical problem after hours and can't wait until your next appointment, you can speak with registered nurses at the Clinical Contact Center who can answer your health care questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Toll-free 1 (800) 639-5137 is available.
