Pizza on Tawa.

Tawa is a thin metal pan used for cooking.The tawa can be used to cook pizza on the stove top.All you have to do is make the dough, cook it on the tawa over a burner, and then add your favorite topping.Pre-made pizza dough can be used instead of making your own. Step 1: All-purpose flour should be added to a medium-sized bowl. Use a spoon or your hands to make a hole in the center of the flour. Step 2: The sugar, salt, olive oil, and yeast should be added to the hole in the flour. The amount of sugar, salt, olive oil, and instant yeast should be used.Take the ingredients and stir them together. Step 3: The dough needs to be kneaded for five minutes. If you want the dough to form into a ball, you have to add some water.The dough should be round when you finish it. Step 4: The dough should be set in a bowl. Grease the inside of the bowl.The bowl of dough should be left on the counter.The dough will rise faster if the bowl is covered with a dish towel.If you don't have a dish towel, use plastic wrap or parchment paper. Step 5: Allow the dough to rise for two hours. The dough is ready to use.If you want to put something on the pizza, prepare it while you wait. Step 6: The dough should be rolled out with a rolling pin. Make sure it fits on the tawa.If it is too big, tear off some of the dough and roll it out again. Step 7: Put a tawa on the stove. Put the tawa directly over the burner.For at least one minute, preheat the tawa. Step 8: The dough should be cooked on the tawa for two to three minutes. The dough should be centered on the tawa.As you cook the dough, cover the tawa with a lid. Step 9: The pizza should be turned over with a spatula. The burner on the stove should be turned down.The pizza will continue to cook even after you add the topping. Step 10: Spread the pizza sauce on the crust with a spoon. The tawa should still be cooking the crust on low.Leave 12 inch of space around the perimeter of the crust. Step 11: The pizza should be covered with 12 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spread the cheese evenly.You should leave 12 inch of space around the edge of the crust. Step 12: You can add other things to the pizza. If you are adding vegetables, make sure they are chopped into small pieces so the pizza is easier to eat.You should leave a 12 inch space around the edge of the crust like you did with the sauce and cheese. Step 13: The pizza should be cooked in six minutes on medium heat. Make sure the pizza is not burning by checking it every two minutes.The pizza is finished when the cheese is melted and the bottom is golden brown. Step 14: Put the pizza on a plate with a spatula. Pizza can be cut into slices with a knife or pizza cutter.Store the pizza slices in the fridge for up to four days.
