Step 1: If you know what is not working in your life, you can change it. It's a fixable problem if you have areas in your life where you feel unfulfilled.Do you use your talents fully or are you making an impact?Determine the things that cause envy, sadness and regret in your life.You feel like you don't have enough in these areas.Maybe you feel like your current job doesn't challenge you or your personal life feels empty.You might want to change your finances by earning more or spending less if you're always stressed about money.Maybe it is time to plan a trip if you find yourself envious of your friends vacations.If you don't finish your degree, it's time to go back to school. Step 2: Define your values. Step 5: If you want to make changes, ask your friends and family to support you. Step 14: To stay motivated, track your progress. Tracking how you are doing is the only way to ensure success.Track your progress on your major goals with a system.Depending on what works for you, update your tracker daily, weekly, or monthly.A mark is placed in your calendar when you work on your goals.You can create a chart with the steps you need to do so you can check them off.As a visual reminder, you could check off the items on your vision board or goal list.You can use an app like Way of Life to keep an eye on your progress.
