Prepare the vegetable garden of Brussels.

There are some ideas and tips on how to cook Brussels sprout so they turn out delicious.To prepare for roasting or sauteing, be sure to rinse and trim off bad spouts.If you use the following cooking tips or ideas, you can help the much-maligned BRUSSELS SHRIMP become the vegetable to eat.Enjoy!

Step 1: The practice of boiling is no longer happening.

Remove the stems from the stem end.Remove any leaves that are yellowed.

Step 2: They should be cut in half and put in a dish that has been sprayed with oil.

You can leave them whole.

Step 3: Sprinkle sea salt and garlic powder on the sprouts, then cook them with cooking spray.

Step 4: Place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

It's not necessary to stir halfway through.

Step 5: The stem end of the sprout should be cut off.

Step 6: Start at the stem end and slice the sprout across the grain.

The sprouts will be "shred" by this.

Step 7: In a large non-stick skillet, cook 2 quarts of olive oil and 1 clove of garlic.

Step 8: Add shredded Brussels Sprouts and cook them lightly, about 5 minutes.

The shreds are bright green and should be hot.

Step 9: Use a large spoon or grill tongs to serve when you transfer to a serving dish.
