You can stop automatically uploading photos and videos from your connected devices to your Dropbox account using a computer.
Step 1: You can open the app on the computer.
Click in your Applications folder to open it.In the upper-right corner of your screen, you will see a Dropbox icon.
Step 2: The menu bar has a Dropbox icon.
The clock and battery icons are in the upper-right corner of the screen.A window will open.
Step 3: You can click on the gear icon.
There is a button in the pop-up window.On the drop-down menu, it will open your options.
Step 4: Click on the option that says Preferences.
This will open your settings in a new window.
Step 5: You can click on the Import tab.
The settings window has it at the top.
Step 6: The camera uploads box should be checked.
Under the Photos heading is where you can find it.If this box is not checked, your photos and videos on your connected devices will no longer be automatically uploaded to your Dropbox account.
Step 7: You can open the app on the computer.

Step 8: Click on the icon to open it.

Step 12: Click on the settings that you want to change.
Under the Camera Uploads heading is where you can find it.A new window will open.
Step 13: Click on the box that says Camera Storage.
Step 14: Click no action.
When this option is selected, your photos and videos on your connected devices will no longer be automatically uploaded to your Dropbox account.
Step 15: You can save it by clicking the Save button.
This will save your settings, and close the window.
Step 16: Click the button if you want to apply.
This will apply the new settings to your account.
