You don't have to pay an extra subscription if you pay the Access Fee.The recording capacity on your decoder can be used for this additional environment.

If you pay a monthly Access Fee for the other decoders, you can link two or three of them under a single subscription.

You will pay your normal monthly subscription and access fee when you link two decoders.If you already pay an Access Fee, you don't need to pay any more, as monthly viewing on your second decoder is free.

This isn't supported yet.You will need to contact our call centre when you make any changes to your set-up, including connections and disconnections.

If you want to know more about the installations, we recommend that you contact one of our accredited installers.

If the second Access Fee is not paid, the primary decoder will be switched off and you will have to choose which one to use.Just let us know which one you want disconnected and we'll switch it off for you.
