What is the pay-as-you-go plan?When you put up a design request in our portal, you need to confirm the quote before we can process the order.We consider the order to be completed and processed for billing after you download the open files.All orders that have been successfully completed by the end of the month will be charged to you.All the orders that have been placed in the given month will have a single charge on your card.e.g.You pay what you use, like your mobile phone bill.
What does unlimited mean?We will process your design requests one by one.If you don't like any of the design concepts, you can request as many changes as you want.The monthly fee is what you will be charged.

Is it possible to get free unlimited design service on any of the plans?There are only three subscription plans where you can have unlimited graphic designs with unlimited revision.
Is there a hidden cost?There are no hidden costs.There are 4 different plans.You have the option of choosing them according to your requirement.
What kind of design request is included in the subscription plans of Shark?Our pricing matrix gives a clear idea of our services.Projects like Catalog design, 3D animation, 2D design and image rendering are not included in subscription plans.For quote request on such projects, please contact our sales.
Is it possible that I need designs on an urgent basis?We need at least one business day to complete a task.We will try our best to complete the design within 8 hours.
What if I don't like the designs I receive?If you are 100% satisfied, you can keep sending us revisions.
Is it possible to send files to printing directly when I receive them?Print ready files can be delivered and sent to printing directly.
