I used to own shark vacuums.Some were good and some were not.Between my wife, daughter and pet hair.The brush rolls were always messy.The self cleaning brush roll is a lifesaver.No more using the vac to cut hair.It's great.A great vac.Great purchase.
Do not recommend.If your pet's hair gets caught up on brush roll, it is a real mess.Not up to shark standards.It was very poor and cheap to make.The box would have been returned if I had not thrown it away.Don't waste your money on this sweeper, it's not in a good way.
