There is a blue and red light on my sound bar.
The Subwoofer has lost its connection to the main unit and there is a red and blue blinking light.The connection guide can be found on page 17 of the user manual.It's possible that a software update of the main unit is required.
I have the same issue with the soundbar.It's very common when you search it.If you buy a random speaker for a few quid, you can connect it to your phone, but not the other way around.
The model I have is the one with the top of the range sub SWA-W700.Due to the connection issues, it turned out to be a massive error.
Did you connect the wireless dongle to the soundbar?You will get more info on pages 7 and 8 of the attached PDF.
