Step 3: Store ripe mangos in the fridge to retain more of their flavor.

You can store mangoes in the fridge after they are ripe.Mangoes can last up to 6 days in the fridge.The internal temperature of your fridge should be around 40F.

Step 4: Look for signs that the mangoes are rotten.

After six days, ripe mangoes will show signs of rot, such as a sour smell and black skin.If the mangoes are discolored, throw them away.There are spots on the skin of mangos that can be used for smoothies.

Step 5: Cut your mango into cubes or slices.

It's a good idea to cut the mangoes into little pieces so they can be frozen.You can keep the small pieces in a bag.Most people don't need to peel the skin off of mangoes.The mangoes may take a little longer to thaw.If you don't like peeling mango skin with a knife, try a potato cutter or apple peeler.

Step 8: You can eat frozen mangoes within 6 months of putting them in the freezer.

Take your mangoes out of the freezer and put them in the fridge.You can eat a healthy snack after the cubes have softened.There are black spots on frozen mangos.The mangoes will not taste as good.
