Before you wash the Thinx, make sure to rinse them in the sink.The chance of staining your other garments will be reduced by getting all of the blood out.

Step 7: Thinx should be inside of a delicates bag.

There are multiple pairs of Thinx in the bag.The shape and size of your Thinx will be kept in the delicates bag.If you don't have a lingerie bag, you can put them in a pillow case and knot the ends.

Step 8: The bag should be put in the washing machine.

Thinx panties can be put in the washing machine.Thinx should not be put in the wash with non-delicate clothing or heavy items.

Step 9: Add a capful of detergent.

Step 10: You can run a cold water cycle on the machine.

If you have a delicates setting on your machine, use it.Choose a gentle, cold water cycle to wash and rinse your clothes.Do not warm the water on your Thinx.

Step 11: Thinx can be hung to dry.

Thinx could be damaged by the heat in the dryer.Hang each pair on a drying rack or clothesline.You can put the pairs away the next day.

Step 12: The sink or washing basin needs to be filled with water.

You can get water from the tap.Warm or hot water could damage the fabric.

Step 13: You can mix a cap of detergent for lingerie or delicates.

Gloves are required to mix the water and detergent with your hands.The water should be clean.Tide Free and Gentle is one of the detergents you can use.

Step 14: Put the Thinx into the water.

Push the panties down to the bottom of the basin and let them float up.The panties need to be cleaned 3-4 times.You may damage the fabric if you scrub the panties.

Step 15: You can rinse out the panties with cold water.

Get the soap out of the panties.The water should clear from the pair of Thinx when you are done.

Step 16: Wring out water.

Put the water over the sink or basin when you are done washing them.As you squeeze, be gentle.Do not stretch the fabric.As much water as you can get.

Step 17: Hang each pair to dry.

There is a drying rack or clothesline.They should be completely dry by the morning.You can put them away until your next period.Thinx should not be put in a dryer.
