1.When your order is ready in the Pick Ups Department, we will let you know.Our warehouse personnel can help you load your order into your vehicle.Some items require customer assembly and come in factory packaging.
2.Express Shipping is available in the state of Iowa.All furniture is placed in factory packaging in your garage, driveway, or first floor of your apartment.Personnel are not allowed to enter your home, including your patio or porch, and they will not haul away old bedding.When the driver arrives at your home, an adult signature is required.The customer will be responsible for any products that need assembly.Express Shipping is not available for pool tables, accessories, or clearance items.
3.In Home Delivery is offered in the state of Iowa.If applicable, our team will disassemble your furniture, inspect it and assemble it.It will be loaded into the delivery truck.If you have a designated empty room, our delivery personnel will place your furniture in it.Customer assembly is required for some items.The products are labeled for convenience.Delivery personnel are not allowed to assemble these items for you.
4.Your old mattress and box spring will be hauled away by our delivery personnel at no additional cost.For customers in the Des Moines area who purchase a mattress in-store, we offer Mattress Express Delivery.If the mattress is unsanitary, we reserve the right to refuse mattress removal.
5.Customers who live outside of the state of Iowa can receive Threshold Delivery.Delivery can be done Monday through Friday.Your items will be delivered with a third-party carrier within five business days of arriving in our warehouse.Delivery personnel will deliver your order to the first dry space outside of your home or place of business.Factory packaging is used for the delivery of items.Customer setup or assembly is required for some items that arrive.Delivery personnel are not allowed to provide setup and assembly for deliveries.
6.Lighter parcels can be transported via standard ground shipping.You can either place your order from our facility or directly from the manufacturer.
7.Pool table packages are available for customers in the state of Iowa.The package will be delivered separately from other items in your order.The pool table is what the delivery agent will install.
