Wayfair's New Outlet Store Is opening this week in Kentucky.

I am proud to tell my friends and family that we have one of only two outlet stores in the country.

He sent a follow-up email to Hooker and we anticipate a replacement piece in the near future.

How is this business opening again?What safety measures are they taking?Is it possible that they are allowing in-store shopping?

It's weird that they aren't open a year after opening a huge warehouse, but a bunch of fedex trucks are still parked at the docks.

A representative by the name Kyle called me and told me everything I needed to know about the company and their 3rd party companies.The second couch was delayed so they were able to discount me even more.I don't like using them to purchase things, but they have great selections and it's easy to find the company who makes them.

They charge me because they said the couch would arrive June 24th.They told me to wait another week, still no couch.No one can tell me where the couch is or if they have it in stock even though they let me purchase it.I was told it was most likely not coming.A representative was kind and set me up with a new couch to assure better communication and not to be delayed.That's right!The couch says that the deli moved their dates from 24 to 28 to 31 to August 7th.When I tried to cancel online, it denied me because I had already been charged for that couch.If you want to find out who makes the item you like, you should use the website of the manufacturer.I've had things delayed, but not a big deal, only weeks late, and I may or may not get a couch that I already paid for.

I don't understand how low the reviews are.For years, I've purchased from Wayfair for both business and personal use.I purchased a Hooker desk, two piece bookcase, and leather chair from them.Everything worked great for years and the price was great.I bought a chair on 9/1/2017 and it began to lose ball bearings in 2020.The Hooker's direct line was given to me after I reached out to customer support.The chair broke when the roller came off, making it useless.I tried to reach out to Hooker, but they only reply to businesses, and they don't have live chat on their website, so I had to go live on the website.Who knows which year?I called customer support at Wayfair because I had no faith in Hooker's ability to get back to me.Chris immediately connected me to a supervisor named Jonathon T., who made it a point to call Hooker and talk to someone on our behalf.We anticipate a replacement piece in the near future after he sent a follow-up email to Hooker.He helped me to take photos and include them to speed up the process.Working with Wayfair was enjoyable.They will go to bat for you even when it's not required.This purchase was made over 3 years ago.When it comes to large purchases, Wayfair is my go-to.Way to go team!

Delivery service in Lakeside CA this morning was prompt.A professional.Helped unwrap and inspect.Proper mandated PPE.All of the packaging materials were taken with them.The furniture is beautiful.Customer service is great.Thank you guys!

I used to shop on Wayfair.All online shopping.Their prices are really high up there.Sometimes you can find something that you like, but not easy to find elsewhere or some good priced items.I've been to both the Canadian and US sites.My newest purchase was a ragdoll.That's right... a rag doll.This is not a rag doll.She is very cute.She will be a good friend and a sister to my current rag doll M.Yes!You can't see 3 feet rag dolls anymore.I want to bring her home.I have to wait until she arrives.I gave her a name.She will be called J because shipping is fast and they give you an estimated arrival time.Sometimes I would find something interesting on there, but I don't shop there often.

I've been looking for a bookshelf that would fit in my bathroom for the past 3 months.I finally found one from Wayfair.I was excited to get a handle on reorganizing my bathroom after ordering it.I understand that the bookshelf was in transit for over a week.Things take longer.I called FedEx and was told that it had missed several scans and the package was lost.I got a tracking alert after I was told to give it time and it would show up.I hadn't noticed.The tracking said the shipment would arrive today.Tracking shows were delivered at 11:30am.I can see a FedEx truck at 11:30 am on my ring doorbell, but it doesn't stop.I went up and down the street to make sure the driver didn't leave it at the neighbors.I contacted Wayfair again and said that the item wasn't here even though it was delivered.I'm told to wait for another week and maybe it will show up.I know that the team can call FedEx and ask them to look into the issue since FedEx told me to have the shipper reach out to them, even though I worked in shipping and receiving my entire adult life.I'll admit that Wayfair responded quickly both times, but can't you provide a better customer experience?

The order was placed on March 11.I canceled the order on March 18 because it was taking too long to ship, but I wasn't given a tracking number until today.I was told by a woman from the company that the item cannot be canceled and I will have to pay all of the costs to return it.

The first item that I ordered was a queen mattress and it was delivered on Feb 21 2021.I was asked to wait 6 more business days to get my order.Found out from fedex that the tracking number is linked to someone else and they said it would be delivered on March 8th.On March 2, 2021, I got a call from the shipper stating that they were out of stock and they would send me another model.I said okay after I was so angry.The delivery time will be delayed because the shipment info was not updated.Order online or go to a store if they still delay.

The awning was installed via Handy so it had a proper warranty.There was a small amount of snow.I was told I would get a full refund only to be told minutes later that I wouldn't get anything, which will cost me more in the long run.If you want to be protected, don't buy from Fair.I lost a lot of money.Installation was done September 31st, 2020 and Collapsed on February 16th.Didn't last long?Not happy.

A lot of low level merchandise.You have a good chance of getting what was pictured.I went to review the item on the website and it took me to a different product.I'm posting here.

Ladies and gentlemen!I want to let you know about something that happened during my last order.We decided to buy an umbrella for the backyard of your house, and the price for a double umbrella is $ 7,000.The photos on the website show a double umbrella, delivery is 3-4 weeks, and what do you think are the boxes we brought to collect the umbrella?After 30 minutes, the assembler told me that there were no instructions for assembling the parts of the umbrella and that they were not delivered to the second side.I decided to write a review because I was angry and I wanted to show what wayfair does with our time.The management of this company would like them to learn from this mistake and immediately correct it on the website because to show one thing and bring another is not fair on their part.
