What happens if you don't like your FabFitFun box?
Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us and our Customer Care team will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.
What months do you get Fab Fit Fun?
FabFitFun is a quarterly box and boxes are shipped in March, June, September, and December barring any changes. Each seasonal box has two billing dates, which take place the month prior to shipping. If you signup before the first billing date you will receive your box in the first half of the next month.
