Funimation also has it, and funimation is free; but there will be a decent amount of ads, so beware. You can get a free trial for an anime streaming app/site and try to finish it in that timeframe as well. Anyways, for anime sites, I recommend gogoanime and 9anime. Either of those should have Danganronpa 3.
