- God speaks through thoughts and feelings. When God is speaking to you, it's not likely that he will come stand in front of you in the flesh.
- The Spirit brings feelings of peace.
- The voice of the God will resonate with us.

It's calm and peaceful. Sometimes it's like hearing spoken words, sometimes it's just a strong impression that you should or shouldn't do something. Sometimes you're reading the scriptures and it's almost like something is pointed out to you that answers a question.
