With today's announcement, we now know that the Nest Secure will continue to work and get security updates until at least November 2022. Lots of Nest products are well over this five-year support window and still work.
What is Nest Labs device?

Straight out of the box, your Google Nest camera or doorbell can stream live video for free in the Home app or Nest app. If it's your first camera, you can also get a free trial Nest Aware subscription for a limited time.
How do I cancel my Nest Aware trial?
- From the Nest app, tap Settings. .
- Tap Nest Aware.
- You'll find a screen that lists some features of Nest Aware. At the bottom, select Subscribe to Nest Aware.
- A Nest Store screen appears.
- Select Manage beside the camera that you want to cancel the free trial for.
- Select Cancel service.
