Keep your lips as clean and dry, but moisturised, as you can for the first 5-10 days. Too much lymph fluid, water, sweat & oil will result in scabs instead of a film. Scabs will result in patchy brows. Use an icepack (wrapped in something clean) or take ibuprofen if your lips feel swollen and there is bruising present.
Can I use lip balm after lip tattoo?
Keep lips moist with Vaseline or Aquaphor for the first 5 days. Use lip balm/moisturizer for the remainder of the healing period (typically 14-21 days). Immediately after the procedure lips may appear to have too much color. You will leave the session looking like you have lipstick on.
