I don't know how much Cody Sperber charges for his courses and mentorships. There are plenty of good ones out there (3–5 day “bootcamps”) for $2,000-$3,000. And there's plenty of free info (some good, some not so good) on YouTube. There are also sites like Bigger Pockets with lots of information.
