Open Uber Eats Orders. Tap the order. Tap “Manage Order” in the top right corner. Tap “Cancel order”.
Why can't I cancel my Ubereats order?
If you would like to cancel an order AFTER an order has been accepted by a restaurant, you will need to call their support team. The support team will then confirm with the restaurant that they have not begun preparing your food and are ok with the cancellation.
Can I cancel Uber Eats if it takes too long?
You can cancel your order at any point. If you cancel after the driver has picked it up, then he or she gets to dispose of it however they see fit. They can eat it if they want to and not pay a dime for it.
