Your styling fee gets you a dedicated personal stylist, the convenience of trying your items on at home and free shipping both ways. You'll also receive a $20 credit toward anything you keep! What is the average cost of a Stitch Fix outfit?
Our Women's and Men's items range from $25–$500. Items in our Kids offering start at $10 each. When you complete the Style Profile, you tell us how much you're comfortable paying for each item. Your Stylist will do their best to send you items within your set range.

How do I cancel my Stitch Fix style pass?
- Sign in to your Stitch Fix account.
- Tap 'Manage Automatic Fixes', which you will find at the bottom.
- Choose 'I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes'
- Select 'Stop receiving Fixes automatically'
- Check the box that you want to cancel the next Fix delivery.
- Click 'Update'
Does Stitch Fix Do refund styling fees?
It's important to note that your styling fee can only be applied to a purchase from your current order. It cannot be rolled over to your next delivery, is non-refundable, and is unable to be transferred to another person.
What happens if I don't pay Stitch Fix?
What if the payment fails? If your payment fails, we'll make several attempts to reprocess your card or payment method. If your account displays a failed payment notification, please update your payment method and contact us so we can settle your balance.
What happens if you don't keep anything from Stitch Fix?
You can send back (for free) anything you don't like. You're only charged for what you keep. There IS a 25% discount if you keep everything, so sometimes it's worth it to keep all five items even if you only really love four of them, but if there's only 1-2 items you love, definitely send the other items back!
