Why is white polywood more expensive?
Polywood is expensive mainly because HDPE is a dense, high-quality plastic. Also, Polywood furniture is made similarly to wood furniture - it's made of pieces of poly lumber that are held together with metal bolts and screws. It's not like cheap, one-piece plastic furniture that's made from a mold.
