I got the Cocoa Cream Wow Milk Cap and it tasted pretty good in my opinion, but I can't help but think that all it consists of is Lactaid milk and caramel drizzle. The description for the item is very vague so I'm convinced that it's a very basic drink that you can make yourself at home. They give A LOT of boba here.
