Opteon™ XP10 (R-513A) refrigerant is a non-ozone depleting potential (ODP), low global warming potential (GWP) hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) based replacement for R-134a.
What is R-513A?
R-513A is a zeotropic blend containing refrigerants from the hydrofluoro-olefine (HFO) family. It is designed to replace R134a in domestic, commercial and industrial refrigeration applications as well as in air conditioning, liquid cooling and PAC. It can be used in direct expansion and flood systems.
Is R513A flammable?
It has a low toxicity and is not flammable. The optimised efficiency for chillers using R513A is 4% less than for R134a.Jun 2, 2016
