If you could possibly stay one night (Bisbee has the most B&B's in AZ, I believe) and drive to Tombstone the next morning, it would be ideal. Tombstone is great for children and adults, (we really enjoyed it, cheesy or not) and there's quite a lot to see and do. Birdcage Theater is nice, but pricey and overrated, IMO.
