Sylvio is the best security guard at Tulio's aviary. He is also a huge fan of Carnival and spends as much time as he can dancing the samba. He is voiced by Bernardo de Paula, who also voiced Kipo in the same film.
What does Linda and Tulio pose as?
Linda and Tulio go to Carnival, where they disguise themselves as dancers to get in. Linda accidentally gets onto a float - mistaken as one of the performers by a Carnival organizer - and was told by Tulio to "shake her tushie", but then spots Blu as he goes into the smugglers' float.
