Open the Settings application. Scroll down and select Shortcuts. Tap on Water Eject in the Shortcuts app. Select “Begin Water Ejection” and place the phone face down.

Make sure your AirPods are paired with your iPhone. Look for the button that says “Water Eject” and press it. The water should start to drip out and when it does, pat it dry with a towel, preferably a microfiber cloth. Repeat as many times as necessary!

- This is a third-party shortcut, which means that you'll need to enable 'Allow untrusted shortcuts' in Settings > Shortcuts.
- Now, you'll need to download the Water Eject shortcut.
