Lockers are a security device. Without a doubt, most Americans have seen or used a locker before. Some of the places we see lockers are: schools, gyms, health clubs, mailrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, fire departments, military bases, bus or train stations, airports, and countless other locations.
What is the standard locker size?
Width: Lockers are usually designed in standard widths: 12 inches (30.5 cm.) wide is a common width, and 15 inches (38 cm.) has become more common recently. Other widths are occasionally found, however, especially in the U.S., where narrower or (occasionally) wider lockers can be found.
What is a normal locker?
