Why is my Harman Kardon speaker not charging?
Often times, dust and debris get caught in the port and causes poor connection between the port and the adapter. You can clean out the port by blowing gently into the port opening to clear out dust. If this does not work, carefully try using a can of compressed air to clean it out.
How do I know if my speaker is charging?
If the speaker is fully charged, all the LED "dots" would stay constantly lit and no other "dots" would be blinking. If the unit is switched OFF the LED dots will go out completely once fully charged. The FLIP 3 will show a blinking red light on the first LED "dot", letting you know that it already needs a charge.
