What to do if I get sick after eating ice cream.

I have been a fan of ice cream since I was a kid.I used to think a bland vanilla was the greatest thing ever.I had different tastes as I got older, from cherry vanilla to cookies and cream.I loved it all.

Each and every time I ate ice cream, I became violently ill. Most of the ice cream brands on the market are just plain bad.

Most dairy products contain carrageenan, guar gum, and/or locust bean gum.If any of these are present, so is MSG.

There are no fat and low fat ice creams to be avoided.Milk processed under high temperatures is harmful to anyone with an allergy, even if they don't have one.

I get violently ill whenever I eat Ben and Jerry's.My stomach can't tolerate either brand.I am not allergic to Lactose.I don't feel the same as when I experience a dish prepared with a spice that contains MSG.It has a throbbing head and achy lungs. My reaction to eating those two brands of ice cream is similar to the symptoms of Lactose Sensitivity. It was not pleasant.

I can eat Edy's and Baskin-Robbins without feeling sick.Don't buy dietetic, fat free and low fat ice creams. They will cause a reaction as well.

Don't take for granted that the label says all natural. Some foods have naturally occurring monosodium glutamate.Don't forget to check your labels!

I have been fighting this issue for 40 years and have bad guts but can't work it out.I can drink full cream milk and am fine, but I was always confused by the fact that it was not Lactose free.I have always thrown up within 5 minutes after eating ice cream, but now I know why, you have helped me a lot! Thanks.

I feel sick the morning after eating any ice cream brand.Snoqualmie Organic ice cream did not make me feel bad.The flavor was salty caramel.I am wondering if organic makes a difference.www.snoqualmieicecream.com

I suffer from headaches. There is a reason for that.I get headaches from anti-fungal and cold medicines.

For my athletes foot, I use hand lotion–Vasaline Intensive Care, but I imagine most will do the same, because I just don't want to take the risk when I find something that works. My boss is a runner. He said to use baby oil. When I feel the itch, I use it and it disappears quickly.I think it's possible that I have dry skin, but there are cracks in my skin between my small toes. The dry skin itch is different in tight sweaty places.

I get a tickle in my throat first when I have a cold.Don't wait, but tackle it as soon as you notice.Listerine is more convenient than warm salt water.I use sugar-free Strepsils lozenges/lozengers to sleep at night. These are antiseptic as well as being anesthetic, unlike what is typically sold in the local pharmacy, and they don't give me a headaches.Strepsils are sold throughout Europe, even though I learned about them in the Middle East. They can be bought on-line.
