Both good choices. Baha Mar better dining options and close to downtown Nassau, smaller beach than Atlantis but the complex is much newer. Atlantis much bigger and they just updated the rooms at Coral Towers, looks nice.

Baha Mar has modern, nicer rooms, with pretty comfy beds. Whereas the Atlantis is in deep need of renovation - at least at the Royal Towers.
