It is located in Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe. Yep, that's it. Why that water bottle filling station is not available but other ones around property are is a mystery. If there's anyone from Disney who can weigh in on that — or perhaps find a way to make it safe like the other units — that would be wonderful!
