Unfortunately, List Sharing does have limitations. Lists can only be shared to users within your organisation. If you're using a personal Microsoft account, lists can only be shared with other personal accounts. How do you create a shared list?
- Navigate to Audience. >
- Click New. The Add New Shared List window opens.
