Please lemme know if you have got any work experience in India. As you’re asking about getting a Permanent Residence in Canada, I presume you might have got at least 3 years of experience in Relevant field.Coming to the Universities, all of the Universities you have mentioned here are very competitive to get into ( especially into the program you mentioned).
If rank those Universities as follows: Dalhousie UniversityConcordia UniversityUniversity of WindsorIn U of Windsor, the research program in Computer Science is named as Masters in Applied Computing (MAC).All of the above Universities requires a competitive profile. Also, previous academics of 70% & IELTS 7 in the first two Universities and IELTS 6.5 when it comes to University of Windsor.
Hope that helps!
If you are thinking to get a PR without much trouble i would prefer you to go with Dalhousie University.Nova Scotia is a province of small population and the PR score is pretty low compared to Ontario in case of Windsor University.Never go to Concordia unless you have very good proficiency in French.
Quebec is a French speaking province and the entire process is difficult.
