Which University should I choose between Carleton in Ottawa Trent in Peterborough and University of Ottawa I am not into social scene am very quiet and shy and plan to study biochemistry

I honestly dont know the answer to that because it has been over 20 years since I lived in Canada.University of Ottawa is downtown and central, close to the government capital.I graduated from Carleton in 1989, but that was a looong time ago.

Typically, if you are a hard working student, you will excel wherever you study, degree requirements are all similar, and in any degree, you generally get out of it what you put in.

These aren’t ‘party’ universities or cities.Peterborough is a small city and other than the university, senior citizens are a high proportion of the population.Ottawa is a government and university city – big enough that there’s a nice social scene when you want it; markets, restaurants and so on, but also somewhat quiet.

If you are studying biochemistry, you should have lots of opportunity for quiet research in any of these schools.Accommodation might be the most important consideration for you.

Thank you for the A2A.I am not a biochemist, and neither am I familiar with the specific programs that you are asking me about. All that I would say is that all of these are reputable universities.

Your personal life is only your concern. It does not matter to anyone other than yourself. If you prefer being aloof and working on your own to gain credentials as a Biochemist, that is your choice, and it would be respected at whatever university you choose to join.

If you want to choose the best ranked university for Biochemistry for 2021, you could check MacLean’s or other university rankings for Canada. That said, I wouldn’t sweat this too much. All are good universities.

Are you aware that Ottawa U is a bilingual university?Ontario Biochemistry University Programs https://www.usnews.com/education/best-global-universities/canada/biology-biochemistry The cost of living is lower in Peterborough.Ottawa is very humid in the summer.

More snow in Ottawa.Ottawa is more diverse and mulicultural. If you like museums, 7/9 of Canada’s national museums are in the area.

14 museums in total.

I would suggest Carleton, is good place to go.Ottawa as a city; is not super big.Nice place for introvert people.

As well as, fees are very competitive in Carleton; and if you need free admission, I can help you to get the admission.Just pay the discounted application fees and I will process the admission.

Peterborough is a pleasant Ontario college town, but Ottawa as the national capital has much more to offer in terms of restaurants, theatre, museums, and of course the Parliament.

If your plan is to study Biochemistry, then uOttawa is definitely the one you should go for.uOttawa medical and Biochemistry programs are much better than the other two.
