Ho Oh is a legendary fire-element Pokémon.The ticket for Navel Rock is the only thing you need to capture this Pokémon.There is a way to get to Navel Rock without a ticket, even though the event is no longer available for new players.
Step 1: The code is called the Master Ball.

Step 2: Purchase Master Balls.
After entering the code, you can talk to the NPC.The Master Ball is now for P0 at the Pokemart.You have the option to buy as many as you want.
Step 3: The code needs to be removed.
You can remove the code after purchasing Master Ball.
Step 4: The Navel Rock code should be inserted.
The code is 842CB8A9If you want to enter any building in the town, you have to use the code between 9 and 7.Navel Rock can be found on the other side of the door.The Navel Rock code needs to be removed.You will want to do this before you start.
Step 5: You can explore the cave.
Navel Cave can be entered from the docks.Once inside, head straight until you find a ladder.
Step 6: Head down.
There is a ladder that leads down.Continue north until you reach the end.
Step 7: There is another ladder going up.
Climb the stairs until you reach the top of the mountain.Once you reach the northern part of the mountain, Ho Oh will appear.
Step 8: The Master Ball is used.
Before you head down and back to the dock, make sure to save your progress.You can leave the island with the help of the ship.It's a good idea to use Master Ball if you have low-level Pokémon.
Step 9: Battle Ho Oh.
You will have to fight Ho Oh if you don't use Master Ball.The fire/flying type is weak against water, rock, and electric-type Pokémon.Regardless of the player's overall level, Ho Oh is level 70.
