You can exercise your voice.

If your profession requires you to speak a lot, your voice can become tired easily.You can strengthen your voice by exercising it before you speak.Warm up your voice by breathing deeply and pretending to chew.trill your lips and say tongue twisters to strengthen your voice.Say "Mm-mm" or "Ney-ney ney" and you can strengthen your voice.

Step 1: Take deep breaths.

Stand up with your back straight.Put your hands on your stomach.You can breathe through your nose.As you breathe in, expand your abdomen and lungs.Take a deep breath and count to ten.Slowly exhale.As you exhale, make sure to contract your abdomen to push the air out of it.While doing this breathing exercise, your shoulders should not move as you breathe.This is an exercise that should be repeated two to three more times.

Step 2: Your tongue should move around.

With your mouth slightly open, make a noise with your tongue and mouth.For five to eight seconds, do this.Again and again, repeat this two to three times.The exercise will loosen the muscles at the back of your tongue.

Step 3: You can massage your jaw and cheek muscles.

Put your palms on your face.You can massage your cheek and jaw muscles with your palms.Lower and raise your jaw as you massage.For 20 to 30 seconds, three to five times.

Step 4: Pretend to eat some food.

Pretend you have something in your mouth.Slowly chew for five to eight seconds using your upper and lower jaw muscles.Again and again, repeat this two to three times.The exercise will loosen your jaw muscles.

Step 5: Place your neck and shoulders on the floor.

Slowly rotating your head clockwise, keeping your shoulders still.This is done ten times.Keeping your neck still, move your shoulders backwards and forwards ten times.The exercises will loosen the muscles around your neck and throat.

Step 6: Say something like "Mm-mmm".

When you feel the front of your face buzz or vibrate, do this.If the front of your face tickles a bit because of the vibration, this means you are doing the exercise correctly.This exercise is repeated five times.

Step 7: There is an alternate between the letters Mm-mm.

Say "Mm-hmm" as in the tummy.There is a way to alternate between the twomm's.This is done five times.As you go from low to middle to high and back again with the pitch of your voice, alternate between the two MM's.This is done ten times.The exercise helps with mask resonance.

Step 8: Repeatedly, say "Ney ney"

Go up and down your vocal range, low to middle to high and back again, but don't yell.This exercise is repeated ten times.

Step 9: Practice saying tongue twisters.

While keeping the words clear, say a tongue twister several times as fast as you can.Increase your speed over time.The muscles in your throat are isolated in this exercise.She sells seashells by the seashore and the blue bluebird blinks.

Step 10: You should practice these exercises regularly.

These exercises can be done three to five times a week.30 minutes before speaking in public or long periods of time, perform these exercises.

Step 11: Take care of your lips.

With your lips closed, blow air through them.Until your lips start to trill, do this.For ten seconds, practice this.The exercise should be repeated two to three more times.As your lips are trilling, make the exercise harder by adding a pitch.For five seconds, do this.A tickling sensation should be created around your nose, mouth, cheeks and forehead with the addition of the pitch.

Step 12: Say Do-Re-Mi's.

This is also referred to as solfge.Sing, "Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do" up and down the scale from the middle C.You should really listen to each pitch.This exercise is repeated five times.

Step 13: A sirens sound.

Imagine the sound of a fire engine.Go up and down your vocal range for five to eight seconds as you make the siren sound.Start the exercise higher each time.Your voice is tired if you can't hit the high and low notes.Allow your voice to rest for five minutes.

Step 14: Have a practice of mah-May-Me-Moe-Moo.

Sing this slowly using a monotone voice.You should repeat this exercise five times.Try to sing them all in one breath.Don't push your voice.While doing this exercise, your voice should be relaxed.

Step 15: Say "Ng."

Make it sound like the word lung.The soft palate at the roof of your mouth is what you should feel.For ten seconds, hold this sound.This is an exercise that should be repeated two to three more times.

Step 16: A song is good.

Pick one of your favorite songs and hum it to yourself two to three times.The exercise will loosen and relax your vocal muscles.

Step 17: These exercises are performed daily.

Five times per week if not daily.Make sure to reserve at least 30 to 45 minutes before the performance.
