Step 1: Outlook can be opened on your mobile device.

Step 6: To add an account, type your email address.

Depending on the account you're adding, the sign-in steps will be different.Enter your password, and then tap Next again.You can allow Outlook to access your Gmail calendar by scrolling down.Click Generate Password under "Security" to create an app-specific password if you have two-factor authentication enabled.To add the calendar, you'll have to enter this password.
Step 8: You can enter a description as well.

Step 26: Make sure your calendars are all set up.
If you don't see any of the events on your calendar, you can try these steps: Open Outlook and tap.If it's not already checked, add a check mark to the "Calendar" option.Check marks can be added to any other calendar.
Step 27: Access to your contacts is enabled.
To ensure that Outlook has permission to view your contacts, follow these steps.Click Outlook to scroll down.The switches next to "Contacts" and "Background App Refresh" should be set to On.The menu names may be different by model.Go to Applications and select Outlook."Contacts" should be enabled now if it isn't already enabled.Go back to the Outlook app.Go to the gear.Pick your account.You can tap sync contacts.
