How can I stop my phone from ringing when people call me?
Looks like no one has responded in a while.Ask a new question to start the conversation again.
There is an incoming call.Only one rings at a time.Sound and call volume were checked.No luck!

It was thanks to that that I chose the Apple Support Communities.If I am correct, you are having an issue with your phone only ringing once and then the sound notification stops when you receive a phone call.To help with this issue, please go to settings and turn off the attention aware features option.
